About Us

SINAI’s mission is to provide organizations with the technology necessary to build deep decarbonization strategies. Our tools engage organizations to automate carbon analysis and reporting for their entire operation, transforming the way they interact with their business, value chain, and the environment.

We look for diversity of ideas, talent, and exceptional individuals who are experienced with building new solutions from scratch, are comfortable with making tradeoffs to deliver high-value outcomes, are proactive, take ownership, and enjoy working in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

No prior knowledge of GHG accounting, environmental science, or climate change is required, but we expect you to be a quick and voracious learner.

Come define the category of decarbonization intelligence with us!

About the Role

What it is

You will own product design and experience for part of our powerful and complex product. You will not be limited to a phase in the product development lifecycle, but instead bring your critical skillset to bear on the entire process. You will work collaboratively with your team, including a product manager and several engineers, to research, discover, define, refine, and iterate on the most intuitive ways to guide our users in meaningfully decarbonizing their operations.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing end-to-end product design processes including research, UX, and UI for your area of ownership in the product
  • Translating pain points and opportunities into elegant solutions, like high quality sketches, wireframes, and mockups at various degrees of fidelity, as necessary throughout a lean design process
  • Collaborating with product managers and software engineers to find simpler ways to meet the needs of our customer’s users and business.
  • Seeking feedback from users and colleagues to iteratively increase confidence in the solutions you design
  • Empathetically Representing user perspective and what’s best for users in decision-making conversations
  • Advocating for modern best practices like user centered design, design thinking, lean, and agile
  • Collaborating daily with your team and stakeholders to solve complex problems in uncertain environments using a combination of their domain knowledge and your skills in research and design
