What you’ll do

You'll be reporting directly to the CEO.

Main Responsibilities

  • Strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio
  • Definition and alignment of the vision, strategy, and roadmap, in order to establish the company as a global leader
  • Create and present visionary innovations (occasionally in front of investors or analysts), strategic decision proposals, as well as the calculation of business cases
  • Set up, scope, develop high-level project plan, and monitor execution of global strategic cross-functional product specific projects/task forces
  • Support strategic planning with respect to projects and growth capacity
  • Lead team in risk management approaches and systems, and provides scenario analysis for issues with significant business impact
  • Ensure appropriate linkages of this information to product prioritization
  • Stay up to date on current industry trends, methodologies, and market conditions, to propose new features and products
  • Lead the team to deliver an end product within the expected timeline
  • Scope, rank, prioritize features and activities based on business and customer impact
  • Track and measure success based on business KPIs


  • Provide clear direction on project requirements to meet expectations of external customers and business stakeholders
  • Drive implementation of projects by participating in establishing strategy, schedules, budgets, and financial analysis
  • Recommend, implement, and manage the appropriate program or project structure and standard performance metrics
  • Capable of understanding a broad range of projects; distinguishing priorities and articulating requirements across all functions of the company.
  • Participate in hiring and managing additional team members
  • Work closely with design and engineering teams to deliver quick time-to-market and optimal resources

Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional product management experience (experience with startups is mandatory)
  • Be a ruthless prioritizer while balancing the needs of customers and stakeholders
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and coordinating skills
  • You are a leader and an entrepreneur that people willingly follow
  • High-level motivational skills so that you can also manage virtual teams
